SCOPE OF POLICY
This policy (together with our terms of service as set out at https://meetzoo/terms and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the Terms, together our Terms of Use) applies to your use of the Meetzoo website, mobile applications and related services (Services):
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is Meetzoo Ltd (a company registered in the United Kingdom) whose company number is 09955112 and registered office is at 8b Greenway Farm, Bath Road, Wick, Bristol, England BS30 5RL.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
We will collect the following data about you:

Registration and Login. Your account is created automatically when you sign-up to use our Services using either your email address and a password chosen by you (Account), or by using an email address and password associated with a third party application that is integrated with our Services, such as Google or Microsoft Office 365. During registration and login we will collect your email address together with additional information you provide during the sign-up process (for example your name, phone, job title and company) or additional information provided by the third party application (for example your name, job title, and company) and approved by you during the registration process. No passwords are stored by us for third party logins (for example LinkedIn). We will ask you to choose a password if you register and login using your email address only. This password is stored on our servers in encrypted format only and is never visible or transmitted in plaintext format.

Third Party Accounts. During sign up or through the settings screen it is possible to connect and synchronise data from a third party account with Meetzoo (for example Google or Microsoft Office 365). We store you login name, but never receive or store your password in plain text (only in an encrypted format) for any third party accounts.

Profile information. During registration and within settings screens we will ask you to provide information about yourself. You will be asked to enter this information manually or for our permission to get this information from a Third Party Account (for example Google or O365). This may include your name, photo, email address, company, job title, and a short personal description. We will also store the unique identifier that will allow other Meetzoo users to find or connect with you (for example your LinkedIn URL, or your Twitter name, or your Skype ID) This information will be used to provide information about you to other Meetzoo users who are attending a meeting with you.

We store some of the data from your Third Party Accounts. For social media and email accounts this includes the information specified above in Profile information.

Information you give us (Submitted information): This is information you give us about you by filling in forms on any application store site, or by corresponding with us (for example, by e-mail or chat). It includes information you provide when you register to use any application store site, download or register an spp, subscribe to any of our Services, search for a Service, make an in-app purchase, share data via our Service’s social media functions, enter a competition, promotion or survey, send us meeting information through our Services and when you report a problem with our Services. If you contact us, We will keep a record of that correspondence. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, your device's phone number, age, username, password and other registration information, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.
Information we collect about you and your device. Each time you visit or use our Services we will automatically collect the following information:

Technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your IP address, your device's IMEI number, the MAC address of the device's wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by your device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of browser you use, time zone setting

Unique application numbers: when you install or uninstall a Service containing a unique application number or when such a Service searches for automatic updates, that number and information about your installation, for example, the type of operating system, may be sent to us.

Aggregated Personal Data: in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve you, We may conduct research on your demographics, interests and behaviour based on the data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis, and We may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). We use “cookies” to collect information about how you use the Services. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you use our Service or browse any of the sites and also allows us to improve the Service. There are two types of cookies. Google user data: we use the Google API and OAuth2 authentication to allow you to connect to your Google Drive account so that you can choose to save a copy of an individual meeting's minutes to that cloud storage. We do not collect, or store any Google user data about you or use it in any way.
HOW WE WILL USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information held about you in the following ways:

We and our subsidiaries and affiliates may also use your personal data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Service, to better understand our users and to improve the Service.
Our employees, contractors, and agents may, from time to time, access a user’s personal data in order to improve the Service.
We and our affiliates may use personal data to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each marketing communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future marketing communications. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but We may provide them with anonymous aggregate information about our users (for example, We may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We will use of the personal data We have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
We may associate any category of information with any other category of information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
You agree that we have the right to disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA
The data that We collect from you will be transferred to, and stored within Europe in servers operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use industry standard administrative, physical and technical methods to safeguard your Persona Data to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability. Personal Data transmitted to or from our Services will be sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once We have received your information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask us to remove your Personal Data, which we will do if you contact us a support@meetzoo.com. We will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible, but the process may take up to 6 weeks to complete. You will be informed once it is done.
The Service may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates (including, but not limited to, websites on which the Services are advertised). If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites and any services that may be accessible through them have their own privacy policies and that We do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies or for any personal data that may be collected through these websites or services, such as contact and location data. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites or use these services.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with that Act. Any access request will be subject to a fee of £40.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information We hold about you.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Any changes We may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail or when you next start the Service. The new terms may be displayed on-screen and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of the Services.
